Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ServiceVouch website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by ServiceVouch ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account owners may invite team members and assign roles. The account owner is responsible for the actions of all users they invite and for ensuring those users comply with these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited or unlawful messages, or to contact people without a lawful basis to do so.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the privacy or rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or interfere with the Service’s operation.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product, except as permitted by law.

ServiceVouch helps you collect customer feedback and invite satisfied customers to leave public reviews. You are solely responsible for using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies, including the U.S. Consumer Review Fairness Act, FTC guidance on endorsements and reviews, and the terms of any third-party review platform (such as Google).

You agree not to use the Service to suppress, alter, or prevent honest reviews, to offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews where prohibited, or to publish fake or misleading reviews. Customers must always remain free to post honest public feedback regardless of their rating.

You are responsible for the messaging you send through the Service and for honoring opt-out and do-not-contact requests from your customers.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to the plan you select. Plan features and limits are described on our pricing page and may change over time.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.

We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You retain ownership of the data and content you and your customers submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for Your Content and for having the necessary rights and lawful basis to collect and process it, including any personal information of your customers.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by ServiceVouch and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Service as intended.

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Google Business Profile and email delivery providers. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServiceVouch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
